Kanban Board Settings

This is where you will choose your settings, setup your projects and manage your team members.

  1. Date Format – Using the drop down menu, select your preferred format.
  2. Projects – Here you can add, edit, and delete projects:
    • Add: Select the blank cell at the bottom of the list. Simply type the name of your project and hit Enter.
    • Edit: Select the project you would like to edit and type the new project name.
    • Delete: Select the project you would like to delete and press the Delete key on your keyboard.
  3. Team Members – Here you can add, edit, and delete team members:
    • Add: Select the blank cell at the bottom of the list. Simply type the name of your team member and hit Enter.
    • Edit: Select the team member you would like to edit and type the new project name.
    • Delete: Select the team member you would like to delete and press the Delete key on your keyboard.
  4. Stage Section: Choose the names of each stage in your process, set a colour to represent that stage, and input Work In Progress limits (Optional).
  5. Kanban Card Data – Using the drop down menus, select the data you would like to be displayed on the Kanban View page.
  6. Priority Options – These are the options available for setting task priorities.
  7. New Task Defaults – Using the drop down menus, choose what the default project, stage, and priority will be for each new task on the Task Info page.
